If your question is about a specific community (for example prayer times,

events, or announcements for your mosque, gym, school, or organisation),

please include the community's name so we can help faster.

Prayer times look wrong / qibla points the wrong way.

Both features use your device's location. Make sure you've allowed location

access for the app (Settings → the app → Location), and that your location

is set correctly on the prayer/qibla screen. Prayer times are calculated on

your device — you can also adjust the calculation method in settings.

I'm not receiving notifications.

Check that notifications are enabled for the app in your device Settings, and

that the specific alerts you want are turned on in the app's notification

settings. Some prayer and event alerts are off by default until you enable them.

The app shows the wrong community / I want to switch.

Use the menu (top-left) to manage your communities, or reinstall to start fresh.
